Supercheap Auto Loganholme

Kudos to the Loganholme team for looking after my elderly father and me so well on what is one of their busiest days of the year - the Boxing Day Sale. Janae was incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable in dealing with my Dad as they discussed the right car battery for my vehicle. At the counter, Sasha also handled my Dad with great patience and kindness, even when we fussed about while he bought an additional item. Her concern extended to how we would get the purchases to the car since my Dad is so frail. A big thank you. Janae and Sasha are shining lights for the culture of the business and how to handle our older folk within our community. Great products and prices too, by the way. Thank you to the whole team for creating a business that I'm confident to walk back into and know I (and any family member) will be handled with authenticity, helpful advice, kindness and respect even on the store's busiest of days.

I spent an hour trying to find a specific part online before I left my house and found what I wanted at Loganholme SCA and it said there was stock. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by 2 friendly staff members at the front desk who sent me to the parts desk. The gentleman then looked for the product I needed and 2 staff members after thoroughly searching for it offered me a great quality alternative without any hassles and kindly price matched the product for the inconvenience. I cannot praise the staff of this store enough. Customer service in the modern world is becoming harder to come by but the staff at this store were exceptional. I felt like the only customer there as they were all present and at least 4 staff members assisted me through my visit. As someone with a neurological disorder these types of small tasks are very difficult for me if they don't go exactly as planned but even without staff knowing this what would normally cause me an internalised breakdown and walking out I was helped to achieve my purchase without any discomfort. Store owner/manager should very proud of their staff. Highly recommend this store for all auto care/parts and products.

The lady that helped me yesterday was amazing. I originally wanted to return 2 dvd player holders because they didn't fit my dvd players. She suggested ipad/tablet holders & took one out of the box for me to go try in my car. It ended up being perfect so i did an exchange & paid the difference. A different lady processed the transaction but overall great customer service!!
